Propolis Extract should be used according to what should be treated:

Tissue Regeneration, Healing and Pimples: Apply 1 or 2 drops to the wound each time you change the dressing and apply to the acne 4 to 5 times daily.

Breathing Problems: Put a few drops of propolis extract in boiled water and inhale with water vapor.

Sore throat: In a glass of water, add 4 to 5 drops of propolis extract and use to gargle. Repeat several times a day.

Irritating cough or phlegm, flu, sinusitis, tonsillitis: add 3 to 4 drops of tea extract or add 1 to 10 drops. Take several times daily as needed.

Boost immunity and continuous use: 10 to 20 drops in a glass of water, take 2 times daily

Propolis extract can be used on children under the guidance of a pediatrician, but in such cases it is advisable to use non-alcoholic extracts as most extracts may contain alcohol.
